Voicemail is available for Diva phone accounts. The code for accessing voicemail using your dialpad is *123 . 

The password for user voicemail is the web account passcode.

A "Beep" tone is played by default. A temporary greeting can be recorded to replace the beep tone by selecting option 0 [mailbox options] and option 4 [temporary greeting].

The Following additional options are available:

Option 1 [unavailable greeting]

option 2 [busy greeting] 

option 3 [name] 

 

Voicemail passcode can be changed by selecting option 0, 

then option 5 on your keypad.

 

The Voicemail Portal allows users to download & play thier voice messages, change voicemail account password, and manage 

voicemail folders from any internet connected device.

A CallMe option is available that allows playback of voicemail to any reachable telephone number.
